As God is shaking our world with natural disasters on every continent, what is He trying to say? Are these acts of God a means God is using to call His people to Himself? In Billy Graham’s book Approaching Hoof beats–The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse written in 1983, he said he could hear the sound of the hoof beats on the horizon. And if he could hear them in 1983 they surely must be a lot closer now. With the day of the Lord ever drawing nearer my prayer is that the church would be ever watching and praying, getting excited, anticipating and readying herself for the arrival of her bridegroom! But it seems that in many cases the exact opposite is happening: we have become complacent and spiritually lifeless.
