Description
Ethel Karmel is not only passionate about cooking, but also about civic affairs. She has earned a City Heritage Award for being the advocate to preserve the city’s historic boulevard and consequently received an honorary degree as a Landscape Architect. She is also known in the comunity as an acclaimed Oriental Artist and is a member of the Portland Culinary Alliance. Ethel Karmel resides in the City of Vancouver, British Columbia. She has two daughters and five grandchildren.
