Nicole Du Vent is a professional chef and baker with a passion for creating beautiful, healthy and nourishing food. Nicole, a red seal chef since 2004, grew up in the Okanagan Valley and brings over a decade of experience to Quantum Leaps. “My work at Quantum Leaps Lodge is a joy!
