Lilian Jackson was born to Charles James Lowndes and his wife, Sarah Ann on August 18, 1882 in Bollington, England. Lilian had five sisters and one brother. A 1901 census indicated that she worked as a “paper roller.” Lilian married Harry Edmund Jackson on the 11th of December, 1909 and gave birth to five beautiful children: Elsie – Geoffrey Lucas – Phyllis – Alfred Lucas and Elizabeth. Lilian passed away on November 21, 1943 at the age of 61 in Kerridge, England. There are eleven grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
