This is the second installment of collected family recipes. The first book, The Best To You, was compiled from the full collection, with many left out for reasons of space, balance, and popularity of the recipes. In this book you will find the remainder of the collection, as well as many new recipes added since the first book was completed. However, each book can stand on its own. A number of additions to the collection have been attempts to replicate recipes I recall from my childhood that had been lost over the years. These include Baked Apples, which I enjoy very much but hadn’t experienced in many years. Other recipes have been tried and added to fill out the present book, such as Pork Chops Parmesan. I am sure you will find this second book equally compelling as the first. I hope you enjoy what’s inside as much as I and my friends and family have.
